 Villa Rea is a new build accommodation with stunning views over Lake Kournas, Crete's largest and most spectacular fresh water lake. Set in a range of hills, it has its own beach and is a sun trap for those who don't wish to go to the coast. There are also a good selection of shops, tavernas and restaurants.

Villa Rea is a 2 bedroom, self catering villa which sleeps up to 6 people, with a large living room complete with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for up to 6 people. The bathroom with a washing machine and an extra separate toilet. There is a balcony and porch with private swimming pool and right in front of you is Lake Kournas. Next to the villa is Villa Konstandina - both can be rented together for large groups of people. There is a garage underneath the Villa.
The Upstairs has:
  • Two bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds.
  • Bathroom with shower, wash hand basin, WC and washing machine.
  • Fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms.
  • Mirrors and bedside cabinets in all bedrooms.
  • Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
The Kitchen is equipped with:
  • Fridge freezer.
  • Microwave.
  • Cooker with hob & extractor.
  • Pots & pans, Crockery & Cutlery.
  • Kettle.
The Lounge and Dining Room have:
  • Two sofa's (one of which changes to a bed).
  • Coffee table.
  • TV.
  • Table and six chairs.
Outside:
  • Private swimming pool with beautiful views of Lake Kournas.
  • Large patio area.
  • Sun beds.
  • Garage under the villa.
  • Barbecue.
The closest shops and the local tavernas are only 1 km from the villa at Lake Kournas.

The nearest towns on the coast are Kavros (4 kms), with a small quiet beach and a few shops and tavernas, and Georgioupolis (5 kms) which is a popular tourist destination. Georgioupolis has a long sandy beach and plenty of shops, tavernas and restaurants.
