Booking Form for Villa Lampini The booking procedure is quite simple: fill in the following Booking Form and submit it with the dates you would like to book (arrival and departure) and we will contact you as soon as possible within 24 hours. We will either contact you by telephone or by email, whichever you prefer. Let us know by filling in the Booking Form. Deposit 30% deposit to be paid by a sterling cheque on booking, due once initial Booking Confirmation is received back. Once the deposit payment is made the deposit is non-refundable. The remainder of the price will become due 8 weeks before your chosen date of arrival. Cancellation of your holiday 8 weeks or less before your arrival date will result in the loss of the deposit and the balance. Welcome Pack We offer a Welcome Pack consisting of milk, eggs, bread, butter, tea, coffee and sugar for 20 Euros. Please indicate on the Booking Form. Stocking the Fridge If you would like the fridge to be stocked on your arrival, please indicate on the Booking Form. We will contact you about these items and the cost. Car Hire Car hire is recommended. Optional Midweek Cleaning A cleaning service is available if you would like your villa cleaned during the week. This service includes a change of bedding and towels and floor cleaning. The charge is 40 Euros/week. Please indicate in the Booking Form. Air Conditioning An air conditioning unit is available for each bedroom at 20 Euros/unit/week and these are available for each floor. Please indicate in the Booking Form. The local English representatives can provide details and directions to all the great local venues and restaurants, tavernas, supermarkets, shops and other places of interest.
