At Villa Alexandra, we believe in offering our guests the flexibility that only a wonderful holiday deserves. The Villa can accommodate up to 10 people in the self-contained accommodation on the ground and upper floors. Large groups or families can holiday at Villa Alexandra by taking up both floors as each self-contained unit is suitable for either up to 6 or up to 4 people. During peak seasonal times (the Easter break between March/April and the main holiday season between 22nd July and 4th September) we will give preference to family/large groups who book the whole villa. For family/large groups with more than 6 people occupying the whole villa, an additional £50 per person per booking will be added to the price. For example, 8 people holidaying in August for a week and using the whole villa will pay £650 per week plus £100 for the extra 2 people, giving a total of £750. For a two week holiday in August the total price would be £1500. For the Christmas and New Year weeks, the weekly price will be £500 for either floor or £550 for the whole villa. There will be an additional £15 per person per booking as above for more than 6 people. Family Friendly policy - no additional charges for school holiday weeks (except Christmas and New Year). The same weekly charges apply whether a couple or a family occupy each floor or the whole villa is hired as one lot. The additional charge of £15 is taken per person per booking if the number of guests is more than 6 to cover additional cleaning costs and wear and tear to the villa. If you would like to book both villas (for up to 16 people) we are pleased to offer a 10% discount off the total price, except for any bookings from the last week of July to the end of the first week of September each year. 	Mid Season: Any week ending in March 2011, April 2011, May 2011 or October 2011 - from £550 per week for the whole villa, £450 per week for either of the self contained floors, guaranteeing the other is vacant.
	High Season: Any week ending in June 2011, July 2011, August 2011 or September 2011 - from £650 per week for the whole villa, £550 per week for either of the self contained floors, guaranteeing the other is vacant.

Low Season: Any week ending in January 2011, February 2011, November 2011 or December 2011 - from £450 per week for the whole villa, £350 per week for either of the self contained floors guaranteeing the other is vacant. Please email us for details about out of season rates and more details .

Booking Form for Villa Alexandra
The booking procedure is quite simple: fill in the following Booking Form and submit it with the dates you would like to book (arrival and departure) and we will contact you as soon as possible within 24 hours. We will either contact you by telephone or by email, whichever you prefer. Let us know by filling in the Booking Form. Deposit 30% deposit to be paid by a sterling cheque on booking, due once initial Booking Confirmation is received back. Once the deposit payment is made the deposit is non-refundable. The remainder of the price will become due 8 weeks before your chosen date of arrival. Cancellation of your holiday 8 weeks or less before your arrival date will result in the loss of the deposit and the balance. Airport Transfer We can arrange for you to be picked up and returned to the airport of your choice. There is a charge for this which is considerably less than local taxi rates. Please indicate on the Booking Form. The service is for collection of up to 3 people from either Heraklion or Chania. The price is 50 Euros each way. Our local English representatives can also take guests (who use the airport transfer service), free of charge to arrange and collect a hire car from the local town. Welcome Pack We offer a Welcome Pack consisting of milk, eggs, bread, butter, tea, coffee and sugar for 20 Euros. Please indicate on the Booking Form. Stocking the Fridge If you would like the fridge to be stocked on your arrival, please indicate on the Booking Form. We will contact you about these items and the cost. Car Hire Car hire is recommended. Eurocars have offered all Villa Alexandra and Villa Francesca's guests 10% discount off their hire car charges. Click here for more details. Optional Midweek Cleaning A cleaning service is available if you would like your accommodation/villa cleaned during the week. This service includes a change of bedding and towels and floor cleaning. The charge is 40 Euros/accommodation/week or 50 Euros/week for the whole villa. Please indicate in the Booking Form. Air Conditioning An air conditioning unit is available for each bedroom at 30 Euros/unit/week and these are available for each floor. Please indicate in the Booking Form. Baby Sitting Baby sitting can be provided a couple of times per week by an experienced English nanny and can be arranged locally on arrival. The local English representatives can provide details and directions to all the great local venues and restaurants, tavernas, supermarkets, shops and other places of interest.
