Terms & Conditions for Apokoros Family Hotel Apt&Std
BOOKING
Choose the dates you wish to stay at the villa on the Prices/Availability/Booking page, complete and send the online booking form and we will get in touch with you either by email or telephone (whichever method you choose).
A deposit of 30% of the rental is payable at the time the booking takes place. The balance is payable on arrival at Apokoros Apartments. We will send you our bank details for a bank transfer or we will accept a personal cheque.
MINIMUM STAY
July-August: 7 days (except if there is a gap and we can accommodate for less).
June, September: 7 days (except if there is a gap and we can accommodate for less).
April, May, October: 3-4 days.
TRANSFERS
We can arrange for you to be picked up and returned to your airport by taxi. Just fill in the section on the Booking Form. There is a charge for this.
AIR CONDITIONING
Air conditioning is available on request at reception: Apartment €8/day; Studio €5/day. Portable fans are available at €2.50/day. This can be arranged on arrival.
INSURANCE
We recommend that visitors take out holiday insurance as the owners are not liable for any injuries caused while staying at the villa.
