Booking Form for Apokoros Family Hotel Apt&Std The booking procedure is quite simple: fill in the following Booking Form and submit it with the dates you would like to book (arrival and departure) and we will contact you as soon as possible within 24 hours. We will either contact you by telephone or by email, whichever you prefer. Let us know by filling in the Booking Form. Deposit 30% deposit to be paid by a sterling cheque on booking, due once initial Booking Confirmation is received back. Once the deposit payment is made the deposit is non-refundable. The remainder of the price will become due 8 weeks before your chosen date of arrival. Cancellation of your holiday 8 weeks or less before your arrival date will result in the loss of the deposit and the balance. Airport Transfer We can arrange for you to be picked up and returned by taxi to the airport of your choice. Please indicate on the Booking Form which airport you will be arriving at, either Heraklion or Chania. We will discuss this with you when you book. Welcome Treat We offer a Welcome Treat for all our guests. Air Conditioning Air conditioning is available on request: Apartment €8/day; Studio €5/day. Portable fans are available at €2.50/day. This can be arranged on arrival.
