Terms & Conditions for Apartment Dimitri BOOKING Choose the dates you wish to stay at the apartment on the Prices/Availability/Booking page, complete and send the online booking form and we will get in touch with you either by email or telephone (whichever method you choose). A deposit of 100 Euros is payable on booking the holiday. If the booking is less than 8 weeks prior, then the full amount is payable on booking. The balance is payable as cash on arrival at the start of your holiday. BREAKAGES A £100 breakages deposit is to be paid on arrival and returned at the end of holiday when the villa has been inspected. INSURANCE We recommend that visitors take out holiday insurance as the owners are not liable for any injuries caused while staying at the villa.
